    of these versatile
    bunk-beds. The
    double-decker bed may be
    easily dismantled to form
    two single beds and the
    mattresses are supported
    on softwood slats or
    sheet plywood. A bonus
    feature is the additional
    drawer space under the
    lower bunk. The
    construction is based on
    straight forward mortise
    and tenon jointing and
    the use of any English
    hardwood is recommended.
