There are so many ways to
wear tartan. The muted
1930s shades used here
can make it nostalgic and
romantic or it can be
cute or kitschy or
rebellious or
punky... All depends
what you put with it. If
you wore our red tartan
garter belt with these
blue tartan knickers it
would make quite a
statement! Team them with
romantic roses and hearts
camisole and it would
take on an entirely
different

love it. 100% cotton and,
as stated, nicely
softened hues based on an
original 1930s pattern:
ivory, rather than
white, with blocks and

yellow. There's a
tea-stain coloured
scalloped lace trim
around the legs, and a

edged elastic waistband
with a big soft ivory
satin bow on each side.
The gusset is lined in

There's a rose patterned
black lace front panel,
an all round trim of
retro-looking black net
lace, and a black satin
front bow. Each of the

has plenty of oomph. The

varying width, while the

It's all those things
rolled up into a pretty
dynamic package. Two
100% cotton prints
combine to make all your
dreams come true. The bra
is double thickness
throughout, so even
without bones or wires it
holds its shape well but
is still soft and comfy.
The main body is a print
of classic stripes, with
a romantic twist:
alternating cream and
black stripes: the cream
stripes are adorned with
a garland of roses,
while the black stripe
has a cream coloured
pinstripe running through
it. The cups are a
Japanese print if cream
bunnies with pink eyes
and ears, frolicking on
a black background also
adorned with dark pink
daisies and small circles
of cream dots. The cups
are lined with the
striped print, the
remainder of the bra is
lined in the bunny print.
There's a narrow, blush
coloured, satin edged
lace trim around the
upper and lower edges,
and a black satin bow
between the cups. The

reproduction of a 1930s
original, so it has a
wonderfully authentic
retro look. 100% cotton
with a soft ivory
background, the tartan
comprises shades of red,
navy blue and mustard.
The lower edge is trimmed
with a narrow, scalloped
white lace, and the
waistband sports broader,

patterned lace. There's a
flower patterned white
lace front panel,

via discreet tabs beneath
the lace, for a truly
authentic 1930s look. We

all cotton: the bodice is
a black background
overlaid with trailing
pinky red ribbons and
bows; the main portion is
an ivory background on
which burgundy eiffel
towers are uniformily and
closely arranged; they
have little burgundy and
black flags flying from

trimmed the legs and
bodice with our favourite
40s-ish, burlesque-ish,
black net scalloped lace,
