About the Coffee Table
Even though this Coffee Table can be seen as a piece of art, the Noguchi Coffee Table is both practical and sturdy, with a playful and functional shape. The three-sided table rests securely on the minimalist base, and the glass top enhances rather than hides the sculptural elements of this design. This reproduction is available in ashwood, walnut wood or painted black and can be combined with almost any designer sofa.
History of the Coffee Table
Isamu Noguchi’s background as a sculptor and architect can clearly be seen through this Coffee Table, which was designed in 1948. The Coffee Table looks more like a piece of art than a piece of furniture, and both Gaudí’s architecture and Niki de Saint Phalle’s sculptures are brought to mind by its style. The latter, however, were not created until many decennia after the release of this table.

About the Eye Table
The Eye coffee table is an atypical Finn Juhl piece as the organic shapes have been toned down even though they can still be discerned. The tabletop is shaped like an eye and the table rests on three legs. Between the legs are bars to provide added stability and these bars have organic, fluid shapes. Goes well with Finn Juhl's poet sofa and no. 45 armchair.
History of the Eye Table
The Eye Table was designed in 1946 and is sometimes referred to as model 4850. During this period, Finn Juhl was heavily influenced and inspired by modern artists such as Picasso and Henry Moore which can be seen in the design of the table.

About the PK63A Coffee Table
The PK63A Coffee Table's frame is made of steel, and the table top was originally made out of marble. Steel was, to Kjærholm, as much a natural material as stone, leather or wood. This is evident in how he integrated the different materials, and it is particularly noticeable in this piece of furniture. The PK63A does not need to be used as a coffee table, it might as well serve as a side table, storage area TV or stereo bench. This is a testament to how minimalistic design can be incorporated to suit any purpose. For other designs by Poul Kjærholm, click here.
History of the PK63A Coffee Table
Created in 1968, the PK63A Coffee Table is one of Poul Kjærholm’s timeless furniture pieces. The characteristic feature of the table is above all the austerity of the design, as it is purged of all unnecessary detail. This, in conjunction with the choice of premium materials, faithfully reflects Kjærholm’s design philosophy.

About the Swan Dining Table
The Swan Dining Table was made to be used in a hotel lobby, alongside the famous Swan chairs, Egg chairs and AJ lamps. The table is therefore the preferred choice for those who want to recreate a small hotel lobby. Although the table works equally well, of course, alongside other furniture pieces, the table was designed to be of a sleek and simple nature, with one strong metal pole holding the surface of the table in place. The reproduction of this table is available in either walnut or painted white, and can easily be combined with any of Arne Jacobsen's other pieces.
History of the Swan Dining Table
Jacobsen created a large part of his most famous collection for just one hotel, the SAS Royal in Copenhagen. Today there is only one room with original furnishings that remains in that hotel, but many of the pieces have become immortalized as designer classics. This also includes the Coffee Table, despite the fact that it was actually constructed after the hotel opened for guests.

About the round Tulip Table
This round Tulip dining table is from the same series as the Tulip chair and the Tulip armchair and has become a symbol of futuristic design throughout the designing world. This piece is timeless and fits into almost any modern interior. An added advantage of the Tulip table is its lack of multiple legs, making it easy to clean and easy to accommodate extra guests. This reproduction is available in black or white marble and can be made in many different sizes. To see more designs by Eero Saarinen, click here
History of the round Tulip Table
Eero Saarinen designed the round Tulip Table in 1956 and won an award for it in 1969. He was of the opinion that multiple legs were a problem in furniture designs, and that they did not allow for the full potential of a design to be realised. He therefore created the Tulip series, which was a series of chairs and tables that were supported by only one leg, greatly resembling the natural shapes that are created by drops of water.

About the Walnut Stool (one wave)
The Walnut stool with one wave is part of a set of three where the others have two waves and three waves respectively. The wave is what give the stool its character; it is reminiscent of an abstract chess figure or a djembe drum. The purpose of these stools has been widely discussed and if people ask whether it is a stool, a plant stand, an ottoman, a side table or just a decorative piece, the answer is simply yes. The endless possibilites with the stools are possibly the reason why they are so popular today. See also the Walnut stools with three waves and two waves.
History of the Walnut Stool (one wave)
When Charles and Ray Eames designed the lobby of the Time & Life building in New York in 1959, they created a series of three footstools in turned walnut wood. As Ray Eames was experienced as a sculptor, she was the one who designed these particular stools. Considering it is an Eames piece, the Walnut stools are the result of an unusually simple manufacturing process, as it is simply turned from a massive piece of wood.
