The first Stuart No.1 was built by Mr. Stuart Turner over one hundred years ago. It is a classic design, & so beautifully proportioned, that it makes the perfect display model. This engine is quite capable of hard work producing 1/2 bhp at 800 rpm. For marine installations we are able to offer a reverse gear & discwheel. Please remember our sets of castings require the use of a lathe & milling machine to turn them into a working steam engine.
