Product Description

With a climate similar to some of the wine regions of northern Europe, its no surprise that Otago has produced this excellent Pinot Gris. Cool fermentation has preserved maximum primary fruit character from this delicate grape variety, with peach blossom & fresh pear notes taking centre stage. 3 months lees ageing have added great nuttiness & complexity, plus a satisfyingly creamy edge.
