Aromas of plum fruits, chocolate & vanilla essence. Sweet shiraz fruits & spicy peppery characters are evident on the palate, which is supported by the integration of tannins. Fermented in stainless steel potter tanks & pumped over four times daily to extract flavour & colour, this shiraz was then matured in large oak casks for a period of eight to twelve months. This wine has been designed to enjoy immediately. A versatile accompaniment to grilled & roasted dishes or spicy pastas. Serve at room temperature (16-18 Deg C).
