Palate: spicy & liquorice aromas.
Serve with rich Beef Bourguignon.
Clay & limestone soils coming from terraces of round pebbles & lauzes rock made from limestone.
Vinification in concrete vats from 3 to 4 weeks with daily pumping over.
The wine is aged for one year in concrete vats.
