Colour: Garnet red.

Mouth: Aromas of red fruits (mainly morello cherries) & spices (liquorice, grey pepper).
Soil: The vineyards of the red Cotes du Rhone Belleruche covers 4 departments (Drome, Vaucluse, Gard & Ardeche) on different soils (clay & calcareous alluvial deposit terraces, clay?) giving to the Belleruche an extraordinary richness & complexity.
Harvesting: The grapes are harvested at good maturity.
Matching food with wines: This wine has a great structure with firm & silky tannins.
Vinification: Ageing is performed in vats with regular pumping over in order to clarify the wine.
Maturing: The wine is aged in vats to devellop a good expression of the fruits. It is assembled at the end of spring.
