Deliciously refreshing & bursting with natural flavours, ingredients include infusions of Earl Grey, Lemon Verbena & Cucumber. This natural cup shows rich orange, fresh cucumber & delicate tea notes on the nose. On the palate, the bold juniper & zesty citrus notes of the gin are complimented by aromatic spices & hints of cherry, with the subtle tannins of the tea delivering a long, flavourful, yet refreshingly dry finish. ...

Imagining the botanicals as an orchestra we have taken the lead instrument, amplified its presence in the ensemble, & then raised the decibels by increasing the proof alcohol to create a Very Junipery Over Proof Gin. In true symphony style, V.J.O.P. uses Sipsmiths Triple Juniper technique (combining macerated, unmacerated & carter head methods) delivering all possible notes & nuances of this botanical within one gin for the first time ever. The result is a stunning Juniper-forward gin: assertive yet refined, incredibly smooth, with a remarkably well-rounded flavour. ...

Limited stock. This Cabernet blend is another dark, rich wine in the Skillogalee tradition, with intense colour & powerful, warm aromas & flavours. The wine is full & soft with sweet, leafy fruit flavours, rich vanillin oak & firm drying tannins on a lingering finish. Ideal with grilled or roasted red meats & game dishes. This vintage has a backbone of natural acidity that will repay cellaring for 10
- 12 years. The fruit comes from un-irrigated, h&-pruned & h&-picked vines grown at Skillogalee at around 450m above sea level. The wine was made in open fermenters & then basket-pressed. Malo-lactic (secondary) fermentation & maturation took place in predominantly French oak hogsheads for around 24 months, before the separate components were blended & bottled. Grape: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec.

The fruit for this Skillogalee Shiraz was handpicked from low yielding, unirrigated vines growing on the slopes around the homestead, around 450m above sea level. The fruit was destalked & partially crushed, fermented in open tanks with submersion boards to ensure the emersion of the skins for maximum colour & flavour extraction, & then gently basket-pressed. Malo-lactic fermentation took place partially in tank with completion in barrel. Maturation for 20 months in a combination of French & American oak hogsheads has added considerable balance & complexity. This wine has been bottled using a Stelvin Closure in order to maintain it's ripe fruit characteristics & guarantee it's quality when the bottle is opened. Limited stock. ...
