PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM DECEMBER 31st 2010 THIS EXAM WILL BE RETIRED IN LINE WITH ISEB ITIL V2 EXAM RETIREMENT SCHEDULE. AFTER THIS DATE THIS EXAM WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR RE-SITS ONLY UP UNTIL 30TH JUNE 2011
