Indications PARAMOL
combines Dihydrocodeine
with the tried and tested
pain relief of
paracetamol, giving you
a powerful way to fight
pain. Paramol provides
relief from: rheumatic
pain, headache,
migraine, neuralgia,
toothache, sore throat,
period pain, and the
fever, aches and pains
of colds and flu.
Directions Adults and
Children 12 years and
over: Take one or two
tablets every four to six
hours. Do not take more
than eight tablets in any
24 hour period p>
Ingredients white tablet
containing: Each tablet
contains Paracetamol
500mg Dihydrocodeine
Tartrate 7.46mg as the
active substances.
Warnings Paramol Tablets
should be given
cautiously to patients
with allergic disorders
Do not take with other
paracetamol-containing
products Consult your
doctor before taking the
product if you suffer
from kidney, thyroid or
liver problems,
including non-cirrhotic
alcoholic liver disease
Side Effects Side
effects with paracetamol
are rare but should you
experience skin rash or
other side effects report
to your doctor or
pharmacist. Paracetamol
taken in high doses may
effect the use of
metoclopramide,
domperidone and
anticoagulants including
warfarin. If you notice
any unwanted effects not
mentioned in this leaflet
or if you are unsure
about the effects of this
product, please inform
your doctor or pharmacist
Nausea, vertigo,
dizziness, headache, or
constipation may occur
Very rarely, skin rash
may occur Allergic
reactions and blood
disorders have been
reported
