Cooking time 1hr 55mins. Preheat oven. Remove the sleeve & plastic film, & cover loosely with kitchen foil. Place the foil container on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven. Remove the kitchen foil for the last 15 minutes. Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the breast is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink continue cooking for a few minutes & retest. Once cooked cover with kitchen foil & allow to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes before carving.
