A hand prepared part-boned & stuffed whole turkey with a pork, chestnut, leek & bacon stuffing, topped with a smoked sprucewood streaky bacon lattice. All prepared in a straight to oven cooking tray for succulence & convenience.

Includes:: sachet of Maple & Ale glaze to finish.
