A classic 2 bird roast, with a whole deboned turkey layered & stuffed with richly flavoured duck breasts & a fruity sticky pork, prune & plum stuffing. Finished with a cranberry & orange glaze. They audit farms independently to ensure high standards of animal welfare & food safety are maintained. How am i cooking my turkey? Gas 5, electric oven 190°C, fan oven 170°C. Cooking time 1hr 55mins. Preheat oven. Remove the sleeve & plastic film, & cover loosely with kitchen foil. Place the foil container on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven. Remove the kitchen foil for the last 15 minutes. Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the breast is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink continue cooking for a few minutes & retest. Once cooked cover with kitchen foil & allow to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes before carving.
