The best wines are achieved by listening to nature. That's why more than twenty years ago, we chose the privileged surroundings of Fransola, a historical estate located in one of the highest areas of the Penedes, to plant one of our most highly renowned vineyards. Ice cold nights & mild days provide an excellent climate for growing vines, giving us the best Sauvignon Blanc & Parellada grapes with which we produce this elegant, balanced wine. Intense, complex aroma of exotic fruit (passion fruit & green fig), delicately ennobled by fine notes of toast & vanilla (from the ageing in new French oak). Good balance in the mouth thanks to the wine's acidity, with floral notes that pleasantly linger mid-palate. Serve at 8-10deg C. Ideal with the very best fish & shellfish; also with light poultry dishes, asparagus, & lobster. Properly cellared this wine will improve over the next 3
