Product Description

Pale straw in colour with greenish reflections. The wine has a fresh & balsamic aroma with marked scents of vanilla & intense fruit concentration of plums, pineapples & apricots. Pleasant, elegant white wine which combines the classic fresh & mineral scents from Chianti with ample & fragrant fruit sensations. Enjoy now or leave it to age a bit. Best served slightly chilled. Rainfall & temperatures over the winter were average. Spring was mild & rainy in the early part of the season, while there was no rainfall from late April through May. The rain between June & July helped to ensure a good water reserve & allowed the vines to develop even earlier than usual. A very hot, dry August, helped by cool September nights, completed the ripening of the grapes. The Chardonnay, harvested on August 23rd, was perfectly ripe, & the Sauvignon Blanc, which was harvested earlier than usual, had rich aromas & good acidity & PH balance. Chardonnay 80%, Sauvignon blanc 20%
