- A 10-year-old Speyside single malt from Elixir distillers, made at a mystery distillery & matured in just three sherry butts before being bottled in 2020 as part of its Reserve Cask series. Aromas of raisins, ice cream, caramelised plums, freshly-baked scones & redcurrants fill the nose, complemented by notes of fruitcake, cloves, mince pies, honey & liquorice throughout the palate.
