Aromas of fudge, grist, lemon zest, dry oak and smoked tobacco fill the nose, complemented by notes of earthy oak, brown sugar, barley, roasted coffee and baking spices throughout the palate.

70cl / 51.1% / Douglas Laing
- A 1991 Speyside single malt from independent bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill hogshead for 20 years, before being bottled in January 2022 as part of its Xtra Old Particular series. Aromas of fudge, grist, lemon zest, dry oak & smoked tobacco fill the nose, complemented by notes of earthy oak, brown sugar, barley, roasted coffee & baking spices throughout the palate.
