- A 2009 Speyburn single malt from independent bottler Gordon & Mac Phail, matured in a first-fill sherry butt for 11 years, before being bottled in April 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of toffee apples, brown sugar & stewed raisins fill the nose, complemented by notes of summer berries, pomegranate, white pepper & autumnal spices throughout the palate.
