- A 2007 Speyburn single malt from independent bottler Hunter Laing that was matured in a single sherry butt for 14 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of is Old Malt Cask series. Aromas of ginger, green apple peel & oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of freshly-baked Danish pastries, sultanas, fudge & oak spice throughout the palate.
