The primary innovation of the CNPS9500 lies in the patented ‘figure of 8’ shape bending of the heatpipes. This produces the effect of up to six heatpipes when in actual fact there are only three. The excellent cooling performance & efficiency of the CNPS9500A-LED is achieved by the aerodynamically designed ultra-slim heatsink fins & their performance optimised layout. The Zalman CNPS9X Optima offers a whopping 180 watts TDP despite its compact design. In combination with the enclosed thermal grease ZM-STG2M, this is sufficient even for the fastest Intel & AMD processors. Thanks to the four copper heatpipes running through the base plate, the heat quickly reaches the aluminum fins, through which a direct-fitting, quiet 120 mm fan with white LEDs removes the air. Zalman FX100 Ultimate Fanless CPU Cooler Zalmans innovative new FX100 CPU cooler is designed to utilise natural convection where the heatsink passively transfers the heat to its surroundings. The hot air is then exhausted out of the chassis with the help of chassis fans or via natural convection through the top of a suitable case. Due to its passive & efficient operation, several factors that contribute to a shorter life span in electronics (such as vibration, dust, & heat) have a minimal impact, which makes the FX100 one of the most durable CPU cooler available on the market today.
