This course is designed for sales advisors who make calls selling products & services to clients where outbound calls made are a mixture of new prospects & renewals.

This one day programme will guide participants through the four key areas of desk based sales; opening the call effectively, holding interest, recognising buying signals & closing the sale. Participants of the programme will supplement their existing sales skills sets with additional tools & techniques to help them maximise their number of sales opportunities.

This workshop will be high impact & energetic. It will be very interactive, utilising a variety of training methods & techniques. Role play will be used to reinforce the learning.
