LOCATION The barn is the larger one of a pair in the grounds of Higher Ash Farm just two miles from the famous naval town of Dartmouth.  The barns (and adjacent owner's farmhouse) sit within 50 acres of delightful grounds including extensive areas of lawned garden, well-stocked orchard & working farmland (with cows, sheep & chickens)

There is access to a small balcony with table & chairs, which can also be accessed from the Kitchen/ Dining Room.
