ENTRANCE  The cottage is accessed directly from Lake Street via three or four steps into the lobby area with a storage cupboard with freezer & hanging space for coats etc. There is a clothes airer, iron & ironing board. BEDROOMS On the ground floor is a double bedroom with two single beds,

On the second floor is a second double bedroom built into the roof space with a large velux window, exposed beams & wood flooring.  King-size bed, large drawers & hanging space, TV, DVD player & hairdryer. There is a light en-suite shower room with velux window, shower, w.c., & wash hand basin & ample storage shelves.  N.B. All duvets, linen, bath mats, towels & tea towels are provided

LOCATION The barn is the larger one of a pair in the grounds of Higher Ash Farm just two miles from the famous naval town of Dartmouth.  The barns (and adjacent owner's farmhouse) sit within 50 acres of delightful grounds including extensive areas of lawned garden, well-stocked orchard & working farmland (with cows, sheep & chickens)

There is one small pond within the grounds & we recommend that your children should be supervised.  The farm produces a wide range of fruit & vegetables for sale to guests when in season, & fresh eggs are available most of the year!  The village of Stoke Fleming (with pub & shop/ Post office) is 30 minutes walk away, with Blackpool Sands beach just a 10 minute drive along the coast road. VIEWS Lovely views from most rooms across the farmhouse garden, orchard & country fields beyond. ENTRANCE A large front door is approached from the parking area
