Vineyard: The grapes for this wine are all sourced from Antinori's own estate vineyards within Tuscany. Winery: The grapes were destemmed, crushed & gently pressed. After cold settling, the juice was racked & alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature not exceeding 15&176;C. The wine was racked again, stored at a low temperature for a short period in stainless steel tanks & then bottled. Taste: One of Tuscany's original roses, Cipresseto shows a delightful midpink colour, aromas of blackcurrant & cherry, & an attractive crisp balance.
