Vineyard: This wine is produced from grapes from the Orvieto Classico appellation, which encompasses the area around the alluvial cliff on which the city of Orvieto is located. Winery: After destemming & a gentle pressing, the must was cooled to 10 degrees C to aid natural clarification. It was then racked to temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks where fermentation took place at temperatures not exceeding 18 degrees C. In order to preserve the wine's freshness & aromas, it was kept at a temperature of 10 degrees C until bottling. Taste: The nose shows both floral & fruity notes, particularly pineapple & banana, while the palate is medium-bodied, with more fruit & a round, delicate finish.
