Tuaca (2-wa-ka), is an imported Italian Liqueur, with its unique blend of ingredients giving Tuaca its vanilla & citrus character, which contributes to its lightly sweet & smooth taste. Tuaca is an Italian spirit inspired by a recipe originally created for the ruler of Florence, Lorenzo de' Medici, in Renaissance Italy during the 15th century. Lorenzo was known as 'the Magnificent' for his love of all things great. He is credited to have kick-started the Renaissance era. The recipe was sadly lost when the Medici family fell from power but was the inspiration for two childhood friends from Tuscany
- Gaetano Tuoni & Giorgio Canepa. In 1938, they opened their own distillery to fulfil their dream of distilling traditional Italian spirits. As a tribute to Lorenzo de' Medici, an image of a brass etching from El Duomo Cathedral's Baptistry doors has been portrayed on the bottle. Michelangelo called these gates ' The Gates of Paradise'. The etching is based on the first mention of liquor in the Bible within Genesis. The crest that is cast into the present day bottle & represented on the label is the shield of Livorno, the birthplace of Tuaca. To this day, Tuaca is still hand crafted from all natural ingredients by the Tuoni & Canepa Distillery in Livorno, Tuscany. Tuaca is made from oak-aged Italian brandy, which is then infused with natural citrus fruit & sweet aromatics, most notably light vanilla. This gives Tuaca its complex taste profile & incredible versatility
- making it the perfect ingredient for any number of cocktails or long drinks. Tuaca is also delicious neat over ice or as a chilled shot serve.

The name East India Pale Ale originated in England last century. Beer exported to India was unpasteurised, which allowed secondary fermentation to occur in the barrel on the long boat trip to the colonies of East India. It soon became a favourite because its natural CO2 created a brew with an effervescent character. More than 100 years on, Tui East India Pale Ale is as popular as it was when Henry Wagstaff brewed the beer by hand & delivered it around the district by horse & cart. This fine ale is a thoroughly refreshing beer with a light palate best suited to beaches, barbecues & all beer related occasions. Serve lightly chilled on its own or with any manner of barbecued meats. Brewed since 1889. ...

The original blended Irish whiskey, known the world over for its smooth & gentle complexity. For one, it is triple distilled & patiently aged in a combination of ex-bourbon & sherry casks, developing its distinctive smoothness. Secondly, being a blend of all three types of Irish whiskey, it has a gentle complexity. The malt & the pot still whiskey we use give it citrus & spicy notes. The early floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is contributed by the malt. Finally notice the nutty or even marzipan note combined with distinctive vanilla in the finish
- imparted by the sherry & bourbon casks used in maturation. Nose: Light sweet citrus & green apple combined with vanilla undertones. Taste: Early fresh fruit leads to a definite light spice followed by some toasted wood which evolves into a delicious vanilla sweetness. Finish: Medium length, buttery mellowness with a touch of marzipan accompanying the lingering vanilla.

Tulchan Gin 70cl Bottle

Born on one of the most prestigious estates in Speyside, Scotland, Tulchan Gin is a light style London Dry gin. It is more subtle on juniper than many other gins, which allows other Scottish botanicals to come through. The Tulchan Estate is located in East Scotland in the heart of Speyside, an area famous for bringing us some of the world's best Scotch whiskies. This Victorian hunting lodge has played host to many royal guests, reflecting its reputation as one of the best estates in Great Britain. Surrounded by 22, 000 acres of pristine moors, lakes and valleys, the Tulchan Estate captures the essence of Scotland itself, as does the Gin that proudly carries its name. In addition to the traditional botanicals and typical flavour profile that one would expect to experience in a
superpremium gin of the 'London Dry' type, Tulchan Gin elevates itself and celebrates its origins by conveying the character of typical Scottish flora, like sloe berries, and other 'wild'botanicals that can be found on the Tulchan estate. Nose: Juniper, lemon & orange peels, coriander, very faint floral notes. Taste: Sweet up front with lots of candied citrus peels, followed by resin, cardamom, liquorice, & coriander. Finish: Medium length. Kumquat & lemon curd, still quite sweet.
