Finish: Softly spicy, tingling with a nutty note, a hint of salt, lingering then gently fades. Appearance: A tantalising natural colour of golden chestnuts. Each drop of this rare & un-chillfiltered limited malt has been perfected using a dual-location-maturation process; first transferring the spirit into gloriously refined Gonzalez Byass Oloroso Sherry casks & then moving each cask from the mainl&, where the whisky develops, back to the island for its final undisturbed year.
