The fruit for this wine was solely sourced from the hillside blocks of Mud House's Marlborough Vineyard. The 4 small blocks were harvested together in the cool of the night. The freshly harvested grapes were then carefully transported to the winery for immediate pressing with minimal skin contact. The pressed juice was then cold settled before being cool fermented in stainless steel. Carefully selected yeasts were used to add complexity to the blend & to retain the fresh fruit characteristics from each of the blocks. After the completion of fermentation the wine was carefully balanced & prepared for bottling. Limited stock.
