Using methods that have not changed for 150 years, this handmade whisky is produced at one of the last remaining traditional farm distilleries. Almonds, Oloroso & dried fruits on the nose. The small copper farm stills create a palate with an extremely rich mouthfeel. A distinctive, old fashioned character with notes of spicy Christmas cake, honeyed almonds & sweet gold syrup. A warming & mellow finish with soft, spicey, oaky notes.
