- A 2005 Ledaig single malt from The Whisky Exchange, matured in a single sherry butt for 13 years before being bottled in 2019. Peaty aromas of damp grass, tar, dried mango, sherbet lemons & chocolate fill the nose, with hints of fresh mint underneath. The palate offers notes of smouldering embers, dark chocolate, cinder toffee, singed fruit cake & black liquorice.
