- A 2004 Ledaig single malt from independent bottler Elixir Distillers that was matured in a single hogshead for 17 years, before being bottled in February 2021 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series. Aromas of sun-dried seaweed, peaty ash, sea salt, smoke & lemon peel fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon juice & sea salt on fresh oysters, baked fruit & marshmallows roasted over an ashy bonfire throughout the palate.
