70cl / 48.4% / Douglas Laing - Made in 2001 at Ben Nevis distillery, this Highland single malt has been matured in a single refill sherry butt for 18 years, before being bottled in June 2019 for Douglas Laing's Old Particular range. Soft aromas of autumn berries, sweet orange and peppered strawberries fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of heather honey, blueberries, redcurrants and sweet apples, with just a hint of spicy ginger.
