Auchroisk 1997 / 21 Year Old / Old Particular Speyside Whisky
70cl / 49.1% / Douglas Laing - Made in 1997 at Auchroisk distillery, this Speyside single malt has been matured in a single refill hogshead for 21 years, before being bottled in by Douglas Laing in May 2019 as part of its Old Particular range. Sweet aromas of hard candy, lemon drops and crystalised ginger fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of apples, pears, limes and freshly-baked biscuits.
