70cl / 48.3% / Hunter Laing - An Auchroisk 1994 from Hunter Laing, selected by Andrew Laing for the First Editions range. Auchroisk doesn't appear much as a single malt, and it's indie bottles like this that give us a chance to try it's malty and fruity character. This release was bottled in 2018 at 24 years old from a single refill hogshead and carefully balances orchard fruit against rich caramel and chocolate biscuits.
