- A 1996 Auchroisk single malt from indie bottler Hunter Laing, matured in a refill sherry cask for almost a quarter of a century before being bottled in February 2021 as part of its Old Malt Cask series. Aromas of yellow apples, heather honey & caramel fill the nose, complemented by notes cinnamon & stewed fruit throughout the palate.
