Created in the South West of Engl&, this whisky is made with barley grown on Preston Farm in Dartmoor, but the still used to distill the whisky comes all the way from Congac! This particular expression has spent time maturing in bourbon casks. Nose: Orchard fruits with barley & some grassy notes Palate: Oily, with flavours of cereals, vanilla & orchard fruits Finish: Citrus, coconut, brown sugar with a hint of peat
