The Aberlour 16 Year Old is a hand filled bottling from the Speyside distiller. Whisky matured for 16 years in the Aberlour distillery in a Sherry Cask before being bottled on 26th March 2016. Comes in a wooden presentation box with hook clip fastening. A lovely dram! Nose: powerful nose evokes sherry, full fragrances, slightly smoked, & recalls smells of red fruit, & has a fine sherry character. Palete: The smooth palate is rich with menthol hints.
