Europe Handy Road Atlas 2010 is a spiral bound atlas of the continent at a scale of 1:2, 000, 000, of a suitable size for motorists to keep in the glove compartment. The atlas comes with additional, city through-route maps of 32 European cities, as well as overview route planning maps. Euro routes & motorways, main & secondary roads & dual carriageways are shown. Motorways are detailed according to whether they are full or restricted access roads, toll roads & have services. Motorways currently under construction have also been portrayed. Non motorway road tolls are marked, as are mountain passes with height in metres, tunnels, car ferries, main rail lines & international airports. The atlas features a motoring information & factfile section which contains key data on speed limits, road signs, emergency numbers & motoring organization contact details. A distance map & chart is also provided. Scenic routes have also been selectively marked for the motorist. Urban areas are distinguished from rural/green areas & National parks.
