On one side is the map of the whole country. The publishers’ preferred style of presentation is to show for clarity of information just main routes with selected secondary & local roads. Locations of petrol stations are marked & driving distances are marked on some routes. Border crossings are annotated with opening times. The map also shows railway lines & local airports. National parks, game reserves & other protected areas are prominently highlighted, with topography otherwise indicated by names of hill ranges, etc. Symbols show various facilities & places of interest, including tourist accommodation.
