Simple is best. RRPs Enduro Guard is the simplest solution weve seen to stopping spray from finding its way to your face. With its unique lightweight design, the Enduro Guard can be used on either the front or rear of your bike to protect both you & your bike from corrosive debris from the trail. A unique feature of the RRP Enduro Guard is Seal Guard, this enhanced bulge is specifically designed to provide extra protection for the seals of your forks & is one of the easiest ways to prolong the life of your fork seals. Standard Size Small enough to look good on 4X & cross country/trail bikes with custom holes for a more appropriate fit on smaller travel forks due to the brace being closer to stanchions. Front or Rear Compatible Enduro Guard is designed as both a front & rear mudguard & is adapted to do both jobs extremely well. Front When mounted to the front, the T shape of the RRP Enduro Guard is designed to wrap around the fork leg for a solid & neater fit. A wider curve with a flat rear end offers maximum protection & large frame clearance when compared to a simple symmetrical curve. Rear Using the two snap off holes, you can rotate the Enduro Guard to fit the rear of your bike, this allows a much better fit. You can still use the standard mounting holes if your bike uses a dropped rear brace. Seal Guard An additional bulge has been added to the RRP Enduro Guard to offer additional protection for your fork seals against the relentless attack from spray & mud without ruining the mudguards fit or aesthetics & is key to prolonging the life of your fork seals. Graphics RRP Enduro Guards are available in a wide range of colours with cool looking 2 tone screen printed graphics for long lasting looks. RRPs awesome Evil Eyes logo is featured on the front to finish off the look of the mudguards nicely. Material RRP took the more expensive route by opting for a custom thickness of polypropylene for boosted performance by making the Enduro Guard the perfect thickness for impressive durability & quality feel with the flexibility needed to fit snugly to your forks. Zip Ties All RRP Enduro Guard come with bright white zip ties in custom lengths that disappear when mounted to white forks while still offering a nice colour contrast when used on other coloured forks. We think these look great but the Enduro Guard is compatible with any Zip Ties & can easily be replaced with a colour of your choice. Fitting We recommend you warm the stickers on the Enduro Guard to reduce the amount of adhesive left behind & use soap & water to remove any residue for the perfect look. Front Fitting Remove the 4 zip ties supplied & insert them into all the holes as shown below Bend & slide mudguard into position from the front Loosely fasten up the top zip ties around the fork brace first then the legs Centralise & then tighten up the top zip ties REAL tight so it wont move Rotate the bottom zip ties until you get the desired angle & then tighten Cut off any excess from the zip ties & rotate them out of the way Rear Fitting Remove the snap-off holes either side of RRP logo as highlighted in red below Loosely attach the zip ties to the rear stays & brace Align to give you the correct tyre clearance Now do up all the zip ties REAL tight
