Olimex ARM JTAG Debugging
- Olimex ARM-USB (Universal Serial Bus)-OCD-H, The Olimex ARM-USB (Universal Serial Bus)-OCD-H USB (Universal Serial Bus) JTAG debugger offers a JTAG port, an RS232 port & a power supply for a target device. The high-speed USB (Universal Serial Bus) JTAG interface can be used with all ARM devices for programming & debugging in the voltage range 1.65 to 5.0 V DC & provides adaptive clocking with RTCK. It uses ARM's standard 2 x 10 pin JTAG connector & an adapter for 0.05in connectors is available (73-0227). Its second function is to provide a virtual RS232 port to your computer with all modem signals including DTR, DSR, DCD, RTS, CTS, Rx, Tx. Finally it provides 5V DC power to the target device via a separate power cable. Full featured & open source development packages can be downloaded as alternatives to the commercial ARM software: GCC C compiler, open OCD debugger & Eclipse IDE.
