Olimex AVR Development Boards - Olimex AVR-JTAG-USB, The Olimex AVR-JTAG-USB is a programmer / debugger for AVR microcontrollers that are supported by the Atmel JTAG ICE Mk I. Whilst the AVR-JTAG-USB is functionally identical to the Atmel JTAG ICE Mk I and works with AVR Studio 4 configured for the Mk I this device is not compatible with the Atmel JTAG ICE Mk II. In particular, newer devices are not supported such as the ATmega644, ATmega640, ATmega1280/1281/2560/2561, ATmega645/6450/649/6490 and so on. The device works with AVR Studio 4 for programming, real time emulation, debugging, single step program execution, breakpoints, memory dump etc. and provides full emulation of all analog and digital functions plus full JTAG programming support. The USB port is opto-isolated to
