Competition version of this fast Off-shore racing boat The Magin One has been a racing boat in the robbe model boat product range for over eight years. This model has been very successful in Mono-racing boat competitions for several seasons, particularly in the S 14/S 12/MS 2 basic class, During this year some modifications to the original model were developed & tested. The result of this reworking is the Magin One Black Race Edition. In order to increase the top speed to around 70 kph we modified the base of the hull, the drive train & the rudder system, as well as the steering fin. Unlike the "old" Magin the Race Edition has its entire drive train without the E-motor in the set contents. So the future pilot of the Magin One Black has three engine options, all based on the recommended lithium polymer battery with 4S with minimum 4400m Ah:
- Standard 700 size brush motor, which can run the Magin One Black at around 60kph in racing boat class S14/S12/MS2basic- brushless Roxxy 3656/06, to reach almost 70km/h with extended running time.
