STS Pre-tensioned Fibreglass is a pre-hardened, layered laminate with added elastomer stringers. This advanced fibreglass provides unmatched strength and performance. Bi-Lite Fibreglass has many of the characteristics of STS Fibreglass with an ultra light glass fibre matrix. Alongside their patented R.C. (Rocker & Camber) profiles, Never Summer has developed their Vario Power Grip Sidecut. This specific sidecut geometry combats the lack of stability and edge hold which is often a side effect of more traditional rocker profiles. Dual carbon V’s have been added to help energy transfer from the
effective edge to the tip and tail for the optimum freestyle feel whether in the park or freeriding. Carbon VXR Laminate Technology achieves this increased performance without making the board too stiff for buttering and presses. The Never Summer exclusive NS Custom Flightcore was designed and built in Never Summer’s wood core facility. Combined premium hardwood and ultra light softwood is laminated together with vertical layers of elastomeric vibration dampeners which increase vibration absorption the fast you ride. RDS 2 Dampening System provides the perfect level of vibration absorption and stability. Elastomeric Underfoot Stabilizers are placed directly below the mounting area in order to increase vibration absorption and high speed performance while also reducing fatigue. Produced
