The simple styling and skate style outsole may be understated but the Brisse boot is definitely designed for standout shredding. The Dupont Surlyn Highback drastically increases the durability of the boot as well as the 6/10 flex rating. Custom Flex and C3- Lacing allow you dial in the flex and the high quality Thermo Flex Liners ensure the best possible fit. Specification: Thermo Flex Liners featuring Shell Fixation, Heel Harness and E-Lacing Dupont Surlyn Highbacks Waterproof Shell Construction Double Power Strap C-3 Lacing Custom Flex D-Lug Outsole Flex: 6/10 Features: Thermo Flex Liners are heat moulded to your feet. Unlike many other ‘fully mouldable’ boot liners that claim to mould using the heat of your feet alone, the Deeluxe thermo liners are heated using a specialist boot fitter’s oven, and achieve a genuinely custom fit. We recommend that all thermo liners are fitted either in store as part of our free boot fitting service, or at the very least heat moulded by a professional boot fitter for the optimum fit. Thermo Flex Liners feature a Heel Harness that wraps around your ankle, much like an ankle brace to provide firm, yet comfortable support within your liner. A Velcro shell fixation prevents the liner from moving within the shell, allowing for a consistent and strong fit every time you put your boots on. These liners have E-lacing, which is a super strong, low friction lacing system designed to be comfortable and secure. Dupont Surlyn Highbacks form the core material when constructing the boot. Adding this flexible, yet durable plastic to the back of the boot drastically improves responsiveness and durability. Waterproof Construction by means of clever stitching and sandwich construction, water hasn’t got a chance. A Double Power Strap around the top of the boot ensures a secure fit right to the top of tongue. C-3 Lacing allows you to control the flex you get by fastening the different zones to different degrees. With one lace pull dedicated to securing the heel and ankle and the other for the forefoot and shaft. Custom Flex enables just that. Adjust the support and responsiveness to your requires while using the ankle lacing to secure your foot. We are big fans of Deeluxe boots at Bliss Snowboards, for the simple reason that they ooze quality. Deeluxe are an independent company that focuses all of their efforts on crafting the most durable and comfortable boots on the market. The Brisse is a mid-price boot but the quality of features, construction and liner would be top of the range (and at a higher price) if someone else made them. We chose to stock the Brisse with Thermo flex liners that are a little more expensive than the alternative (PF or CF liners). These are a super high quality, fully moldable liner. It’s often said that boots are the most important bit of kit and it could be argued that liners are the most important part of the boot. Is it for me? Chances are it is! Unless you are looking for a super-soft jib boot or a super-stiff free-ride boot then the Brisse will have you more than covered. You’d be hard pushed to find boots that are built as well.
Featuring Double Crossbow sole, the Decade SL assures a stunning grip on ice and slippery surfaces. At the same time Super lace closure ensures fast and easy locking, perfect for the vicious rider that doesn’t want to wait. Last but not least The TF3 liner delivers all the fit, flow and support that riders demand to shred and jib like there’s no tomorrow. Specification Tf3 Liner 540 Heel Retention System Super Lace SL Flex Window Double Crossbow Outsole Features The Tf3 Liner is made from Thermo-Fit Foam. This new advanced lining material with target fit zones moulds to the contours of your foot with a heater or over time from natural body heat. It is anatomically designed and reinforced with injected memory foam for better retention and comfort for the feet. Brand new webbing naturally adapts to the instep, thus permitting the closest fit, and distributing power of transmission all over the liner surface. Includes a Velcro power strap for an even better fit. With the 540 Heel Retention System the bootlaces pass through pre-curved lace loops in the ankle area of the boot. This means that when the laces are pulled to close the boot, they are at the same time pulling the webbings where the lace loops are linked. In this way the webbings shrink around the ankle, increasing heel stability. The more the lace is pulled the more power will be transferred in the ankle area, increasing the heel retention performance and foot stability. Super Lace SL is a Speed Lacing System that allows the closure of two different boot areas, the quarter part and the collar part (upper and lower), in order to allow you to select the perfect feeling on each part and improve comfort and foot stability. Your boot will be closed quickly and will stay tight and perform all day. The Flex Window enhances the comfort and mobility of the foot, and it perfectly combines the balance between the power of transmission and a progressive flex. The sides of the collar area slide on the upper transferring the power in a constant way avoiding any possible overlapping between materials, which could lead to a waste of energy and distortion of the boot shape. Double Crossbow Sole takes the lightness and softness of a special EVA compound, mixes it with the ultimate Double Crossbow system, then refines all with 4 different grip areas and provides probably the best performing sole in the market! The new crossbow system provides a perfect balance of power transmission and cushioning. The particular design of the outsole is developed to allow maximum flexibility and the perfect feel of the foot. The Decade SL combines great fit with some great performance enhancing features. The Tf3 Liner was designed after athlete analysis and consideration of the effect the binding strap has on the boot and the wearer. The result is a liner that has strategically placed foam and works in unison with the shell, therefore providing a new level of comfort. I also like the grip on the sole, which provides way more traction than the majority of the boots on the market. Is it for me? This medium flex boot is suitable for the majority of riders. The Flex Window construction allows for flex whilst not compromising the fit. All mountain and freestyle snowboarders will be suitably impressed.

Ideal for Expert Freestyle and All-Mountain Carving. the award winning Aviator is the samurai sword of the Jones quiver. This razor sharp directional freestyle board is a team rider favorite and was built for premier stability on the ground or in the air. The nimble handling and supersonic acceleration of the Aviator result from the 3D Power Camber profile. 3D Power Camber is an innovative positive camber profile that offers the insane edge response of camber without the usual hang-ups. The board profile crosses over into the third dimension as the base is beveled up at the edges from the contact points of the camber to the ends of the board. The 3D base beveling releases the edges where they like to hook which balances the pop and directional stability of camber with a looser, less-catchy feel. NEW for 2015, the Aviato features Triax Carbon fiberglass for added snap and pop. Features 3D Power Camber An innovative traditional camber profile tweaked to offer the insane edge response of camber without the usual hang-ups. The board profile crosses over into the third dimension as the base is beveled up at the edges from the contact points of the camber to the ends of the board. The base beveling releases the edges where they like to hook which balances the pop and directional stability of camber with a looser, less-catchy feel. Mellow Magne-Traction Like a serrated knife slicing into the snow, Magne-Traction improves your edge grip by adding multiple contact points along the running length of your board. “Magne-Traction is a critical feature for rockered boards. Rocker improves glide in mixed conditions, but the decreased edge contact makes it harder to really lock into your turns and hold a solid edge. Magne-Traction is crucial to offset the edge drift of rocker.“ - Jeremy Jones Blunt Nose Shaping “How a board glides in powder, crust, corn or any snow more than an inch deep, is dictated by it’s front contact point and just past it. Next time you are in soft snow watch how much snow comes over the corner of the nose near the contact point. The billowing snow coming out from behind the tip means you are plowing through it which is obviously slowing you down. By adding a blunt nose you get the float benefits of a much longer board without the ‘snow plow’ rounded tip and it’s extra swing weight.“ - Jeremy Jones Progressive Sidecut At the far ends of the side cut, the radius is incrementally increased as the edge reaches the contact point. Gradually increasing the side cut radius towards the contact point delivers smoother turn initiation and exit as the edge tracks in and out of the snow with a less abrupt transition. This boot should become the benchmark for what we consider a light boot to be. ThirtyTwo have taken light to a new level without compromising on features such as the articulating cuff, 3D moulded toungue and 100% heat Mouldable Intuition liners. Specification: Comfort Fit – Medium to soft flex Level 1 Liner 100% Heat Moldable Intuition Liners Single Density Intuition Soft Touch foam for comfort, warmth & support Lacing system with Lace Lock for improved heel hold & fit Internal anatomical EVA overlays in heel for optimal heel hold Aegis anti-microbial coating to eliminate odor Level 1 Footbed Die cut flat sheet EVA Lightweight providing optimum performance Serpa topsheet for warmth and comfort Flex (1-soft, 10-stiff): 3 Features 3-D Molded Tongue – Varies in stiffness depending on the boot giving a customised flex and wraps your foot for easier lacing and better heel hold. In order to drastically reduce the weight of their boots, Thirty Two use an alternative to having a traditional (heavy) rubber outsole. 32 boots with STI Evolution Foam are 15-40% lighter than previous seasons, remain the lightest in the industry and provide better cushioning than traditional foam material. 100% Heat Moldable Intuition Liners – Come down to our show room to buy your 32’s and get them heat moulded for a custom fit. Articulating Cuff boots have two distinct areas to the boot; the clog (lower section) and the cuff (top section) When you flex the boot, the join between these two areas can often pinch and distort. 32 boots with an articulating cuff eliminate this issue by allowing the top half of the boot to flex freely without distorting the lower section. Lots of companies only produce the outer shell of the boot in whole sizes and use different sized liners to create half sizes. This boot has 1:1 Liner to Outsole Fit so the Shell and liner are true whole and half sizes. The JP Walker Light is essentially a stripped down version of the Lashed. The changes to the liner and foot bed save weight making them incredibly light. With the soft flex they would suit freestyle riders or snowboarders with a lighter build. Is it for me? Ideal if you are looking for a soft boot for riding the park and out of the box comfort or are a beginner that isnt used to having your feet in snowboard boots, you will appreciate the forgiving feel of these boots.

The Launch Lace packs a lot of extra tech into a classic lace up freestyle boot. There is a three part lacing procedure for getting the boot fastened, the internal liner lace with a quick pull and flip lock, STR8JKT with a quick pull and lock and the external laces. The addition of STR8JKT to the boots fastening system provides unparalleled support and comfort while traditional laces are low cost (the BOA version of this boot £20 more) and are easily replaced if necessary. Specification: Fat Lace STR8JKT Silver Flex Liner Custom Fit Foam Mystic 1 Footbed Flightweight Outsole Heel Grip Washable Flex: Medium (4/10) Features: Lacing: Traditional Laces are simple – just like your shoes and are easily replaced if necessary. Lock your feet down with the supreme comfort of STR8JKT, featuring an additional inner heel harness to combat dreaded heel lift and provide optimal comfort. This is controlled with an external quick pull and lock lace. Liner: The Silver Flex Liner displaces lace pressure for the top of your foot, around the holding areas of the arch and above the heel. Extra Mid Flex padding over the ankle provides comfort and response. For increased comfort and foothold Custom Fit heat mouldable foam is strategically placed in the sensitive areas of the foot, shin, ankle and heel. Specific cat-tongue like Heel Grip material around your feel keeps your socks from slipping down and causing pressure points. The design process uses materials that do not need to be glued together meaning these liners do not deteriorate trough washing. Cushioning: The Mystic 1 Footbed increases blood circulation and prevents fatigue. One of the lightest outsoles in the Salomon range, the new EVA/Rubber compound of the Flightweight Outsole is specifically engineered for an extremely lightweight, cushioning and low-profile freestyle feel. The launch BOA is a low cost boot with quite a high-end fit and the addition of STR8JKT really makes it stand out from the competition. This extra fastening device, which is locked down with one lace pull on the outside of the boot, is quick and effective. It really helps to hold your foot down without the need/danger of over tightening. Is it for me? At the softer side of mid-flex the Launch Lace boot is best suited to freestyle riders, beginners and those looking for comfortable resort boot.

The sheet wraps around the rear of the boot, offering consistent and durable flex, while reducing vibrations. Urethane is far more durable than traditional material and stitching, and will remain consistent and predictable long after inferior boots have lost their mojo. Turns a 30 day boot into a 90 day boot. K2 was the first snowboard company to introduce Boa lacing systems. Twist the (all new) Boa dial on the front of your boot tongue, and the boot will evenly tighten. Push the button in, and the ratchet releases, and your boots loosen. The new Coiler version will even automatically retract the slack in your loose laces. Easy to use with gloves on, no more tangled laces, and if you have any concerns over the strength of the cable, don’t. They are strooooong. Boa Focus is K2’s multi zone Boa lacing system. One Boa dial is dedicated to the lower lacing zone of the boot, while a Coiler Boa dial controls the upper lacing zone. The coiler Boa automatically retracts loose laces keeping your boots in shape and out of trouble when not on your feet. The Boa Focus, combined with the Boa Conda will offer you 3 dials of adjustment to fine tune your boot. Boa Conda Lacing systems are a godsend. They allow you to adjust the tightness and hold of your inner laces, without having to loosen your outer laces. Twist the dial on the side of the boot and the internal lacing will pull your heel back in to your boot for added control. Aching feet? Try releasing some of that tension to give your swollen feet a bit of respite. Intuition Liners are highly regarded custom mouldable liners, using Ultralon Foam. Usually found in the heel pocket to prevent your heel from lifting inside an otherwise well fitting boot. AEPE Cages are ‘F’ shaped support inserts found on the rear of the liner cuffs. The Legend is a masterful blend of lightweight design, durability, fit and flex. It’s as tough as nails, fits like a glove and offers a soft and superb flex... definitely a masterpiece to have!!! It comes with the outstanding Hypershock sole that delivers amazing holding traction power, killing grip and sensational impact resistance when hitting the biggest booters. The TF2 liner permits the closest fit and increases power transmission all over the boot. This legendary boot lives on as a staple for riders who shred the entire mountain. Specification Tf2 Liner 540 Heel Retention System Super Lace SL Thermal Welding Construction Hypershock Outsole The Tf2 Liner is made from Thermo-Fit Foam. Thermal Welding technology brings Northwave distinct advantages in integrating different materials and creating an ‘element beating’ seamless outsole. This is particularly important in the ankle zone where there is no interruption of the upper boot technology bringing progressive support from the heel to the calf. The visible asymmetrical y differentiates the three zones: it provides a stronger support on the outside for increased control when pressing, buttering and spinning; more flexibility laterally on the inner boot. The Hypershock Outsole guarantees comfort and high performance with maximum weight reduction. Innovative technology designed by HYPERSHOCK allows you to find strong holding traction even on the most slippery ice. The crossbow system helps you absorb the impact when hitting even the biggest booters in or out of the park. The Legend is a whole lot of boot for your money. It’s refreshing to see forward thinking technology go into a boot of this price. From the outsole, to the liner, to the lacing system, Northwave consider the rider at every stage of design. You’ll really appreciate it when you get a pair on your feet! Is it for me? The Legend is Ideal for the snowboarder looking for a low cost boot and doesn’t compromise on comfort and durability.
The reverse colour way of this year’s ID is definitely a bit of an eye catcher (the black and white are reversed from left to right boot), but its beauty is not skin deep. It’s a great all-rounder and you’d be hard pushed to find boots that are built as well.

This crowning all mountain freestyle orientated boot is ready to blow! A mix of comfort, flex and technology, all packaged in a boot that delivers pure quality. The TF3 liner keeps your foot protected and warm while the amazing 540 Hell Retention System never lets your foot slip inside. This gives you all the foothold and support you need. Innovative technology provided by the Hypershock sole provides strong holding traction and grip on even the most slippery of surfaces. Specification Tf3 Liner 540 Heel Retention System Super Lace SL Flex Window Hypershock Outsole Features The Tf3 Liner is made from Thermo-Fit Foam. Boots can make of break a days snowboarding. Get it right and you’ll have the time of your life, which is why it’s well worth considering the Devine SL from Northwave. There is no compromising on heel-hold, grip, comfort and support and the feedback we’ve had on them shows it’s worth it! Is it for me? The Devine SL are high quality boots for women looking for the highest performance and comfort.
