This course is designed for experienced Oracle Application Server administrators that need to compare the major differences between OC4J implementation & Web Logic Server implementation. Installation & configuration of 11g components will be shown as screen captures with an emphasis on the differences with the previous versions of Application Server.

Learn To:
  • Compare OC4J architecture & subsystems with Web Logic architecture
  • Install Web Logic Server 11g
  • Configure Adminsitration Servers & Managed Servers
  • Use management tools such as WLST & the Administration Console
  • Compare Web Logic Clustering with OC4J Server High Availability
  • Describe Web Logic security platform

This course is also available as a LIVE Virtual Class. A Live Virtual Class (LVC) is exclusively for registered students; unregistered individuals may not view an LVC at any time.
