You will plan & upgrade Tivoli Storage Manager V5 to Tivoli Storage Manager V6.1. Implementing Tivoli Storage Manager 6.1 involves upgrading from the Tivoli Storage Manager proprietary database to a provided DB2 database. Basic DB2 functions & queries will be discussed in the class, to ensure you have the necessary skills to manager the Tivoli Storage Manager 6.1 database.
