Brothers Gottlieb, Jacobus and Philipp saw potential in producing sparkling wine in northern France, and decided to set up a new wing of the business there. As you can probably imagine, they never looked back. Today the famous Champagne house has championed innovation in the vineyard and cellar, while still staying true to the traditional winemaking methods of the region.
