Started in 1920 by Francesco Minini, this winery has expanded by involving partner growers across a larger geographical area, and now vinifies in a modern facility in Verolanuova, completed in 2002. This is a ripasso wine, enriched by 10 days on Amarone pressings. This vibrant ruby red wine has a dense core of bright cherry and bramble fruit and lifted violet aromas. Medium-bodied and harmonious yet muscular and well-structured. Allow to breathe for an hour or so, then serve with lamb or beef.
